English: Geneva, Monday 28th February 2022- H.E. Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Dr. Adaljiza Magno continues a series of bilateral meetings with the European counterparts in the margin of the High-Level Segment of the 49th session of the Human Rights Council. As one of the candidates of the human rights council for the period of 2024-2026, Minister Magno seized the occasion to present Timor-Leste's candidacy and commitments to promote and protect human rights at the national, regional and International Level.
At its informal meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Education and Sport of Liechtenstein H.E. Dominique Hasler, Minister Magno stressed mutual support to improve compliance of national and international law to comply with human rights standards. The two Ministers stressed the challenges of the post covid19 recovery, the 77th Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA77) in September 2022 and affirmed Timor-Leste's commitment to broaden bilateral cooperations of the two countries.

Urheberrechtsansprüche dieser Staaten, dies betrifft Werke, die von Staatsbürgern eines dieser Staaten innerhalb ihres Landes veröffentlicht werden, werden in anderen Staaten nicht anerkannt und sind daher in den meisten anderen Staaten, wie Deutschland, Österreich, und der Schweiz, gemeinfrei.

Werke, die in diesen Staaten von Staatsbürgern eines Unterzeichnerstaates der Berner Übereinkunft veröffentlicht werden, genießen neben dem örtlichen Urheberrecht auch den Urheberrechtsschutz ihres Heimatstaates und sind daher auch international geschützt.
Werke, die gleichzeitig (d. h. innerhalb von 30 Tagen) in einem Unterzeichnerstaat der Berner Übereinkunft veröffentlicht werden, genießen zusätzlich zum örtlichen Urheberrecht auch den Urheberrechtsschutz des Fremdstaates, der unter Umständen eine längere Schutzdauer vorsieht.
Unveröffentlichte Werke aus diesen Ländern sind möglicherweise vollständig urheberrechtlich geschützt.
Ein Werk aus einem dieser Länder kann in den USA gemäß URAA urheberrechtlich geschützt werden, wenn das Heimatland des Werks einen Urheberrechtsvertrag oder eine Vereinbarung mit den Vereinigten Staaten abschließt und das Werk in seinem Heimatland weiterhin urheberrechtlich geschützt ist.

Es muss auch ein Lizenzbaustein vorhanden sein, der beschreibt, wieso das Werk im Ursprungsstaat gemeinfrei ist.
