In the northern part of the (yellow filled) Magellan Region/District is a white cut-out, rectangular, with a width:height-ratio of 1:<1.414.
Below the main map is a rectangle frame, bigger, w:h=>1.5, therefore not congruent, containing a circle sector cutout of a peninsula pointing to north. Seeming to be part of Antarctica, but not to Chile in South America.
