Ich habe auf dem Film geprüft : sie heisste doch FARNER, nicht FARMER. Sie war wahrscheinlich deutsch. Wer war Ellen Farner ? Die IMDB Seite hat einige deutsche TVfilme aus 1964 bis 1967. Was ist von ihr geworden ?

About Die Regenschirme

• 1) From november 1957 to december 1963, I find 6 years, not 5.
• 2) Has really "Frau Emery Briefe unterschlagen" ? I do not see what scene justifies this interpretation (I have recently been working on the film for Wikipedia-fr). She gives one letter to Genevieve, and Genevieve checks the mail at least one time.

About Jacques Demy (introduction)

If there is a trilogie, it is more Lola/Die Regenschirme/Model Shop, because

• in Lola, we have the characters of Lola (Anouk Aimée) and Roland Cassard,
• in Die R., we find Roland Cassard who speaks about Lola (Autrefois j'ai aimé une femme, elle s'appelait Lola, autrefois) and also there is a view of the Passage Pommeraye (in Nantes), a very important place in Lola ;
• in Model Shop, we find Lola (Anouk Aimée) again.
